Refund policy

Cancellations must be made only through the WhatsApp cancellation form sent by us. Once the form is submitted, the cancellation cannot be reversed. For each cancelled meal, a full refund of the meal cost will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Cancellations are accepted only before meal preparation starts. For damaged or missing meals, please contact us within 24 hours.
